			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Emietter 300 g de roquefort à la fourchette et mélanger avec 2 CAS de crème fraîche, du poivre, 1 jaune d&#8217;oeuf et de la ciboulette coupée finement.</p>
<p>Prendre une pâte feuilletée rectangulaire et la couper en 12 rectangles égaux. En mettre 6 sur une plaque de four graissée. Déposer au centre le mélange puis couvrir avec les 6 autres pâtes.</p>
<p>Fermer les contours avec un peu d&#8217;eau pour coller la pâte et dorer avec le jaune d&#8217;oeuf.</p>
<p>Cuire à four 240 ° pendant 15 minutes puis servir aussitôt avec une salade verte.</p>

<p>Il y a pourtant un moyen simple et très efficace pour la récupérer :</p>
<p>Prendre une bouteille et verser un peu de crème anglaise ENCORE CHAUDE. Boucher et remuer énergiquement. Ajouter un peu de votre crème et recommencer ainsi jusqu&#8217;à ce que toute la crème soit récupérée.</p>

<p>Laver les tomates, sécher dans du papier absorbant, retirer le pédoncule et couper en 2. Epépiner puis couper en carrés réguliers.</p>
<p>Huiler la plaque du four et déposer les tomates coupées, sucrer (1 CAS pour 1 kg de tomates) et verser un mélange d&#8217;ail haché, de thym, sel, poivre et d&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive.</p>
<p>Laisser confire pendant 4 heures à 100 dégrés.</p>
<p>Vous pouvez ensuite les consommer tout de suite ou les mettre en bocal dans de l&#8217;huile. Elles se conserveront environ 3 mois.</p>

<p>Beurrer un plat à gratin et déposer au fond les tomates. Recouvrir avec une fine couche de pistou puis avec la pâte à crumble. Laisser cuire 20 minutes à 180 °.<br />
Le dessus doit être doré et bien croustillant ; servir aussitôt</p>
