<p>Couper 800 grammes de filets de poulet en lanières d&#8217;environ 2 cm de largeur.</p>
<p>Faire chauffer le wok puis y mettre l&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive, 1 tomate coupée en dés et 1 oignon émincé.</p>
<p>Quand l&#8217;oignon devient transparent, ajouter sur feu vif le poulet.</p>
<p>Ajouter les pâtes, mélanger.</p>

<p>Vous pouvez disposer dessus une brochette de poulet marinée, par exemple !</p>

<p>Sur une poêle bien chaude, poser des petits tas de gruyère râpé et poser un pic en bois à plat avec un bout au centre du tas. Quand le fromage est fondu, enlever du feu et laisser tièdir doucement. Décoller délicatement chaque rond de fromage.</p>
<p>Servir les sucettes en les plantant verticalement dans un support mou.</p>
