On trouve souvent dans nos livres de recette des mesures comme 1 pincée, 1 poignée…
Si vous êtes une pro de la précision et de la balance, le tableau qui suit vous donnera les équivalences :

Cookies look yummy!I’ve never baked with Splenda before. Nice to hear it doesn’t have an after taste. I still love Splenda in my coeffe if I’m out though (at home I use stevia).When I did a low carb diet, I also had headaches. Someone told me to drink chicken broth part of the problem is low sodium that has to do with restricting carbs I don’t remember the exact explanation sorry! But it helped. Good luck!
I gave up splenda for Truvia for a year but Truvia has erytorithl as the first ingredient. It is a sugar alcohol and it bothered me. I feel so much better not using it. I don’t drink diet soda or sweeten my coffee except for sweet n low occasionally. Beware of Truvia. They have good advertisers but the actual product is not that good.
