* 5 kiwis épluchés,
* 20 cl de lait écrémé,
* 30 cl de jus d’orange.
I don’t know if any of you live near an Aldi’s grocery store, but at the Aldi’s near me, they have fresh pinapeple on sale for 99 cents EACH and also strawberries for 99 cents/lb. They actually have something they call Produce Picks every week, and the prices are tremendous. Here are this weeksStrawberries (1 lb) $0.99Pears (28 oz) $$0.99Pineapple $0.99 eachCantaloupe $0.99 eachNaval Oranges (4 lb) $1.29Green Grapes (2 lb) $1.69(kudos to couponstl.blogspot, who summarizes Aldi’s grocery deals every week)Because we have to watch our pennies, I would rarely buy fresh fruit, because of the expense. At these prices, I can. I will say that after several go rounds of buying bananas at Aldi’s, we no longer do. For whatever reason, they just seem to ripen and go bad so quickly, no matter how green they are when we pick them out. I have never had any other quality issues there.I will be trying this smoothie out after I make my Aldi’s run later tonight ..
